My Great Granfather came from Hamburg in Germany. My dad does not want to get his passport. Can I still get an ancestoral passport?

I believe you can get an ancestral visa, but not an ancestral passport. If your dad was born in germany, has a german birth certificate, then yes, you can get a german passport.
