    Is it unlawful to continue probation, on a DWAI charge, past the specified time.
    Can a probation officer continue probation on DWAI case past the time frame specified by the sentencing Judge if all requirements have been met.

    You are on probation until a Judge signs your Order of Termination.

    No. If you have met your requirements, your sentence expires on the date it's supposed to. Your PO cannot arbitrarily keep you on probation. If that is what's happening, you should write the judge a letter telling him.

    That said, I'll bet there are OTHER things going on. Why don't you tell us about them, and you'll get better answers than you have?
