The hose in my Grohe LadyLux faucet leaks at the opposite end of the hand help sprayer. I think I may need to replace it but do not know how? Any advice?

You are not stating which LadyLux model you have.
Remove the hose. Go to Professional Plumbing Supply store like Ferguson Enterprises - and purchase new one. Home Depot-type stores do not carry Grohe replacement hoses.
If you know exactly the model name of your faucet ( like "LadyLux Cafe" etc.), you could purchase it on line for lower price.
If you have the receipt for the faucet Grohe will replace the hose for free.
The key to replacing the hose is the quick release on the end of the hose under the sink. Use the quick release and disconnect the hose. Then take the quick release off the leaky hose. At this point I think the hose should pull through from the top.
