tesfish, we can't help you with this, can't diagnose or recommend medication. You will have to see your doctor who will probably refer you to an ear, nose and throat specialist. Why did you let it go this long ?

Like tickle said we can't diagnose. But I have been battling sinus infections for the past 2 years.
I get that clicking ALL the time. In my eye and nose. Very annoying. My doctor prescribed me Nasonex or Osarios, both have helped dramatically, but dry my nose out so I have to use either Vaseline or lanolin, along with a saline spray. I get that ticking when ever my sinus flare up really bad. I usually know I need a trip to the doctors to get my anti biotic via IV. Do you use any nasal sprays now?

Hi AB, I use the saline spray for my sinus. You can use as many times as you want because its non medicated. Helps a lot !

I use it too. Yuck! Nothing like having salt water sprayed up your nose!
