I am confused and a little lost this is the first time I have been on this site and I hope it can help me the last three months I have been having odd not normal periods in February I had spoting that I have never experienced before I have been trying to get pregnant but not yet succeeded as far as I know. My period has been late and different which has never happened to me before in jan. I was 5 days late feb. 7 days late and march I am 11 days late have taken tests and all say negative what should I do?

As mentioned... any changes in your life? Illness? Stress? Anxiety? Changes in your health? Are you exercising? Talking multivitamins? Prenatals?. there some evidence to support the extra folic acid not only helps with neural tube development once you do conceive, but that it might also increase your chances of conception. "good living" usually optimizes your chances. Any meds or changes in them?

Again, how long have you been deliberately trying?
