    Firebox liner
I just received a home inspection on my house. I need to replace the firebox liner. It is a wood burning fireplace.

Can I use a Ceramic Brick Liner?

    Any suggestions?

Usually those metal fireplaces have a sized one piece liner for each side and back. I would suggest you try and find the parts for your brand of unit first since those parts were UL/CSA listed for use in that unit you have. Look for a ID tag with brand name and model number and if possible contact the manufacturer. The job will be easier this way.

    Try this web site: http://www.woodstoves-fireplaces.com/hargrove-fireplace-refractory/

You will find replacment refractory panels there.
