    My son1 has a son2... son1 was never married to son2's mother... she filed for child support... son1 wants to support son2... does son1 have any rights to son2 such as visitation right?

    Child support and visitation have NOTHING to do with each other.

    If he wants visitation, he'll need to file for it through the courts.
