Here goes,
This movie was rented for me when I was but a lad. Way too much violence for my little brain. A young teen girl has super telekinesis abilities. A government agent guy has the same abilities but to a lesser degree. And the antagonist is some women using the young girl.
I believe the movie opens with the agent meeting his contact about the case.
