I am 5'8" and about 127 lbs. I want to order some shirts and stuff off victoria secret website. But I'm not sure to get an xs(0-2) or s(4-6). I wear about a 3. So, I'm not sure if the clothes run big or small. Please someone let me know !

Go with the s(4-6). My wife is 5'1" and the same weight. I can tell you from experience that xs will not work.

Be sure to check their return policy in case it does not fit.

Best bet is to call them before ordering.

Their clothes run pretty accurately. I've never gotten something from them that doesn't fit. Just order what your size calls for. It if doesn't fit, VS will send a sticker to send the clothing back for free. Just be careful of their shipping fees! Its way expensive!
