We have a 12 week old lab puppy. We've had him for two weeks and he is very lazy. He really won't do anything. He will run and play with another pup, but is just very, very mellow with us. It's disappointing and sad, I don't know what to do, please help!

IS there any other symptoms? How are the bowel movements? What do you do now to get him excited? Has he been to the vet for a check up?

I am a bit confused. Are you saying that he plays and has fun with another pup, but doesn't play with humans?

Maybe your pups personality is just very laid back and taking life easy. If he's not sick, then there really isn't much you can do to wind up a mellow dog.

You should consider yourself lucky for getting an "easy pleaser" or a dog! Some pups are hell on wheels!
