My hsuband has been in another state for a month went there to work and send money home but did not hear from him for 4 days because he was bar hopping and got arrested while we financially crash at home. I was at home with no heat while he was partying! And in that months time he has not sent one penny home to help cover expenses. I don't want him to come back. I have told him this but he insists that he is coming back to the house we live in. All though we are married I feel like he abandoned me. The lease is in my name can I legally keep him from coming back. I am terrified it is going to esculate into a bad situation and feeling like I am on a ticking time bomb!

This is not a Real Estate Law issue but a Family Law issue so its been moved to the correct forum.

You need to file for Divorce immediately. Until you do so, he is entitled to share the marital home. Once you file for divorce, you may be able get a court order keeping him away.

This is in response to your answer Scott: Thank you for your advice I had spoke to a local police officer before getting an answer from you and he basically told me the same thing all though your answer is very correct no it does not help me I am in a very bad situation and the only thing left for me to do is leave myself at this point which is a shame since I pay all the bills.
