So this kid I know called me crying because he just brokeup with this girl. I felt so bad. He wanted my advice on what he can do and I didn't know what to say. So I said I'm sorry but I don't know. He is one of my good friends and This girl been going out with him for 3 years. 4 days after he she went out with someone else. He still can't get over her andn itsbeen 2 weeks what should I say to him to help him get over this?:confused:

Nothing maybe, just be there as a friend, normally only time will heal pains

There isn't much you can say except that there is a process to go through, like grieving. Not much can speed up this process. But it is important to take care of yourself. Make sure you are eating and getting enough sleep. With every single day that goes by it will hurt a little less. All you can do is try to stay positive and keep busy.

There is not that much you can say when someone is grieving over a loss. You just have to listen when they want to talk, be there for them and be a shoulder for them to cry on. Only time can heal these kind of wounds.

He has a great friend in you, how wonderful you are to actively seek advice from others, bravo!

Don't try to help there is nothing you can say or do that will help. In time things will get better.
