My ex bounced $4000.00 worth of cheques to me and now I'm overdrawn at the bank. I don't have this kind of money and he says he'll have to give a little a time to pay it off. Am I in big trouble with the bank or what? What will happen to him and to me? Does anyone know. I'm kind of worried about this. Thanks for any help.

Hmm, overdrawn? Did the bank pay the check and charge overdraft fees? You need to pay that money back as soon as you can, otherwise they will charge it off and send you to a collection agency. Make sure you take their take the banks calls and arrange a payment plan.
