LPR out of us for 3 years.
I'm LPR since 2002 (CPR since 2000). I left us in 2007. How many options & chances I have to enter us?
P.S. I have DL,SS, bank account & us employer who ready to hire me right now, on other side - I'd failed to sent tax returns for years of absence (3). Thx.

Pretty difficult to prove up ties to the US if you didn't file taxes. Do you have home here?

Do you have a good reason for the extended time outside the US, medical or family reasons? If you do, file for a special immigrant visa, with form DS-230 (previously OF-230) at your home consulate. The requirements include evidence of your PR status, documentation of intent to return to the US at the time of departure, temporary nature of the visit and reasons you couldn't reasonably return to the US.

Do you have a way to re-file for PR? I recommend you consult with an experienced immigration attorney if you want to file the DS-230. Good luck.
