Someone is using my email address to send out ads for Viagra, they have sent it to virtually everyone in my email address book, and it seems they send it every day. Is there a way to stop this? I ran Malware and Norton Antivirus to no avail.

Can you log on and change password?
Sounds like you have a trojan. You might want to get a network monitoring utility that hijacks outbound calls and asks for your approval. I use a mac and one good choice is a program called Little Snitch. For windows, you might want to try ZoneAlarm. And, as always, wiping your hard drive and reinstalling windows will solve the problem.
Try changing your password or contact the provider for assistance. With the free mail accounts we can't do anything...
