1992 honda civic is missing out. You can rev the engine to 2000rpm at idle and here it missing out. ECM, distributor, plugs and wires all replaced. Had a vacuum leak at the iac it has been fixed and pcv valve replaced.

It may be missing, if the distributor is not a genuine Honda. Major problems with aftermarket distributors for Hondas.
