Hi, I received a 1099G form last year and want to file my taxes now. Do I have to include it as a non-resident Grad student from Germany, or do I leave it out? Nobody else I know received one...

Why did you get 1099-G? Is it for state income tax refund? Did you itemize your deductions in 2008 and claim state tax deduction?
