I have a judgement on two tenants which I started the garnishment on one of them. They are no longer at that employer now. I have their social security numbers. How can I find where they are now working without incurring more costs?

What state is this in? Some states list court cases online, and you can sometimes find a debtor's current address that way. Also, some states require the debtor to fill out a financial disclosure statement, listing any bank accounts, income or personal property.

Unless you can follow them to work, you will probably have to pay some money, either for a PI or to require a financial disclosure statement.
