There is a movie or more specifically a movie soundtrack I have been trying to track down for years. I apologize for being vague however I do not remember much about the movie except in the end an American and a Russian spy meet in a wet tunnel. When the Russian spy walks away he spins back around with his gun and the American shoots and kills him. When the American walks over he realizes that the Russian dropped his clip from his gun before spinning around. I saw it in '93 I think and it was somewhat modern so I would guess between 1980 and 1993.

Any ideas?
