I had my filed W-7 (for ITIN ) & my husbands tax return form, I got my ITIN , so in how many days should I expect my tax returns?

Days? You should be thinking weeks, and a few cases months. And it depends on their workload at the time it was received by them, and if its machine scanned and run by computer or inspcted by a IRS worker.

About 8 weeks after you get ITIN.
