I know this was a movie I saw when I was young. Vague scenes.

It has a fight scene between a female Android and a giant "Terminator-look-a-like" male robot. The female robot uses one of her attacks and I think it was a rocket propelled jump kick.

During the movie, I think the lady robot got injured and she was repaired (upgraded) and look like "C3PO" of Star Wars. Earlier in the film, the female robot looks "human" like with hair on her head...

I tried searching on the net and crossed referenced "Female robots in scifi" but no luck.
