Hi,
I am an international student working full time on my OPT. I have been in the US on f-1 for more than 5 years (August 2003 - present) but my first f-1 visa ended in May 2007 and I can back on a second F-1 visa in 2008. Do I qualify as a resident or a non resident alien for tax purposes?
