I've never heard of them "taking" a house. I've heard of them placing a lien against it, so that the title cannot be transferred until the lien is paid in full and released by the creditor, who would be the Child Support Agency.

They'll also place a lien against any vehicles you have, suspend your driver's license, and/or put you in jail.
