    Soap for rls
I've heard that putting a bar of soap beneath your sheet when you sleep can help with restless leg syndrome, but does it have to be a specific type of soap? Do you have to be in contact with it in order for this remedy to work?

Sorry, it is an old wives tale. See your doctor for advice on RLS.

It's an old wives tale. You can try it if you like. Supposedly it's Irish Spring soap that's supposed to work.

I don't have it, but my husband does, and nothing works. I wouldn't even suggest he try soap.
