Similarities between job analysis,job description and job specification?

Job analysis is to analyze the job at hand. How much time is spent on each portion or each project. How much responsibility does the job have? It is actually to sit down and go line by line what this job does each hour of each day and analyze the job to find out what is actually being done.
The job description is to describe the job after it is analyzed This is used for new employees to tell them what to do. It actually describes what is found out in the analysis.
Job specifications are the actually characteristics and qualifications needed by the employee to get the job done.

Job description: a written statement that describes duties,responsibilities,contributions and the eventual outcome needed from a position.
Job analysis: to collect information about the duties, responsibilities, necessary skills,and the work environment of a particular job.
Job specification: describes major areas of the job position, analysis,important facts about the job, the relationship of one job to another,methods used to complete the task,responsibilities of one job to other jobs.
Qualifications and skills that are required for the job.
The similarities between all three are the descriptive element that is required.
The wrong description given for any one of these could be a disaster in the work place.
e.g... Job description:wrong applicants apply for the job.
e.g... Job analysis:wrong information about the job, again wrong applicants for the job.
e.g... Job specification:wrong information on major areas, purpose, qualifications,. wrong applicants apply for the job.
In my opinion the descriptive element in all three is of utmost importance.
