I am a real estate broker. As things are now, I don't have a steady income and I have problems paying my bills. Is there any agency that I can go to for some help. I am allso a home owner and I am out of money. Please advise what should I do,

There are various social organizations and community type of action agencies around the United States that help people who are in financial need of various sorts.

Around where I live, we have a community action agency that's called Project Now. Below is the link for them.

If you contact them, they might be able to put you in touch with a similar type of agency around where you're located.
