    Probation violation and felons
My boyfriend was incarsorated for 3 years and is now on probation for robbery which occured in 2004, which left him with 40 years over his head. He violated his probation with numerious dirty urine tests. But when he was suppost to report to the jail to pull weekends for another charge he ran. He is currently in jail now waiting for his court date in June which he will have already served 6 months by then. I was wondering since he's already a felon and been locked up several times will the judge go harder on him for the probation violation?? Will the whole running from the police thing make a difference or not? Could anyone mabye try to estamate how much time he may have to pull for this??

    Thanks!!

    1. yes 2. yes and again yes

The more crimes he commits the less a judge will believe probation ( or is it parole) has. And running shows he can not be trusted on bail most likely and ran from probation before.

I would expect him to get a lot of time for just the probation time not to even say what he will get for the original sentence
