I want to know,is there any vitamin that I can use to whiten my skin instead of (whitening pills) that are made to whiten skin? Can antioxidiants found in vitamin supplements help to whiten my skin? Or schould I just buy gluthane pills that are manufactured for skin whitening. The issue is that I cannot buy whitening pills because they are not found here in LEBANON.

Vitamin c does help but it won't lighten on it's own just help with the process.
