Diet and exercise. Fruits and veggies, for for things like whole wheat pastas, brown rice, whole grain breads instead of thie bread and white rice, lean proteins. Not junk food, no soda, avoid things high in sugar.
I lost 85lbs by eating organic and excersizing
Organic is great but you still have to pay attention. While most organic things tend to be healthier eating organic candies and organic potato chips isn't going to help. Although if you have dark chocolate, that's not so bad in moderation. But it has to be dark, dark chocolate.
I'm just saying what worked for me, my problem was all the preservatives and what not.
