Sir we observead a less then 1 Cm lymph node enlargement in my sons left hand armpit one month back ,we showed him to docter who recommended an CHEST X-RAY ESR,CBC.CRP, and FINGER PRICK SMEAR TEST ,which shows the result as below

Total count appear normal .
Cell distribution show predominant lymphocytes.
Atypical cells seen
No immature cells or toxic granules seen
Atypical lymphocytes are present.
Retic count : 0.84percent
PLATELETS:
Adequate and in clumps
OPINION:
Lymphocytosis with Atypical cell
ADVICE:
FINGER PRICK SMEAR EXAMINATION
CRP : 0.77 mg/L (refrence 0 - 7)
ESR : 11.00 mm/hr (refrence range 0 - 9)

Comment : Possibly reactive to viral infection
whether the report indicates any thing serious , as my son weight is 15.4 kg and he is 3 years old with no fever now and he is active with good eating habit and no weight loss observed. He had a fever 18 days back due to cough and cold, he has cold now.
