    My attorney retired before filing answer to to the courts opposing attorney got the court judgement and then garnised my wages is this legal

    If this is a private pension plan, then yes. Once a judgement is awarded it can be used to garnish non exempt income. Non exempt income is SS retirement and disability payments among other things. If the admin of your retirement plan accepted the garnishment then it probably was legal.

    On the other hand an attorney can't just retire in the middle of a case. They would have to turn your case files over to another attorney. So something is out of whack here.
