I have a Sanyo TV that will not allow me to change the channel settings or input settings. We had this problem before and ordered a remote from Sanyo but it is locked out again and I am in Iraq. Can someone tell me what to tell my wife to do?

That's odd. Was the remote a programmable one? It is possible that it lost it's programming.

I would check with Sanyo again since they were able to help solve the problem originally.
