    Hi everybody!
    I hope you all can really help me... I first have to say I'm mexican and I have a lot of mistakes on my spelling sorry for that...

    Well my situation is I have a son he was born in mexico I decide it not to put his father on the birth certificate he didnīt wanted to know anything about this child anyway he was not there, now I'm about to get marry an american citizen and we are planning to live in usa I'm rigth now living in mexico waiting for the consulate say if I can go there or not.. But anyway how my future husband give my son his last name? I hope somebody can help me!

    I believe that this requires court action after the marriage.
