    Dear all,

    I need your help
    Right now I am out of work because of work related injury
    And collecting a worker compelsation benefits.
    My quesition is that it is OK to sit for Professional Exam, which is schedualed within this out work time?

    Yes, if your physician says it's OK.

    You're not working, not earning income, while taking the exam, so why not?

    May be more than just OK, you may be required to have periodic exams to determine if you are still eligible for benefits.

    Ok, I'm confused. By "professional exam", does OP mean a test to qualify for a professional license of some sort (what I thought), or being examined by a physician to determine the state of OP's health, etc.

    I am thinking the insurance company want him to be examined by their doctor or at least a doctor. OP come back and clear this up for us.

    My que. Was answered by AK lawyer. I apologize for not clearly written or word choise.
    To repeat the quesition: I want to Sit for Professional Certification Exam. more specific for A Computer science profession Exam.
    At the end of this month, which means that I will be still in Worker compelsation or out of Work Because of the work related injury.
