    Can I get off probation?
I am currently on probation for a domestic violence charge, my probation officer told me they won't let anyone off early so don't even ask but I'd really like to try to get off early so I can continue on with my life, I had to quit my job as a teacher, and have not violated probation once, plus I have paid all fines and will be done with all my classes in June, how do I get them to release me in June? Can I petion the court so I can go on with my life?

How long probation were you sentenced to? What state you live in?

Have you completed all your special conditions?

Gee, of all people now giving advice (or trying to give advice) regarding probation early termination.

Dude, for your information when you plead "no contest" to YOUR 3rd degree Felony charge that is a GUILTY plea. No contest means that you just didn't formally admit your guilt in open court but you are guilty all the same. And you didn't somehow magically get 18 months probation for being "not guilty" by pleading no contest. Get real. You are on probation because you are guilty. You were sentenced to a fine, community service, and reporting probation because you are guilty.

You can petition the Court for an early termination of your probation. It would be strictly up to the Judge though. You need to have all fines and community service or any other court ordered sanctions completed. You should have successfully completed at least 1/2 to 3/4 of the probation as well. Just because your classes end in June mean nothing. The judge will consider everything and rule accordingly. Some judges don't release domestic violence probationers early either so what your PO said could maybe be the case with this particular judge so don't get your hopes up too high if you are not terminated early.
