How much should I charge in labor to frame, sheetrock, and mud+tapea 24/8 ft wall.. and install a door?

Figure what you want/need per hour, Figure how long it will take, how much for materials/markup, plus disposal of garbage.
Too high, you may not get the job, too low and you will reduce your profit
