Can one receive a bankruptcy relief for a civil judgement resulting from a car accident. Driver License has been suspended for not paying the civil judgement. The judgement was for damages to the other vehicle only. The damaged car was parked no passengers.

Yes you can but it will not allow your drivers license to be re-instated, they may still keep it suspended until you pay.

The bankruptcy only takes away your liablity to pay the owner of the car. The DMV does not make you pay, only keeps your license if you don't
