No the bank has no requirement at all to notify you. I know of no bank that gives any notice, a few may send a notice after, but most don't.

You would have received a notice of a court case for a judgement, so if you live in a area where garnishments are allowed, then no future notice is requied

Father_Chuck is right. The bank may notifty you AFTER the levy simply to let you know they are charging you a fee for this. In the area I live in if you get a bank levy the bank lets you know afterwards that they have charged you a fee for this.

    Hello l:

Nope. If they did, you'd take all the money out, and the guy you owe money to would get nothing... The bank isn't going to help you continue to cheat the guy.

Or you can just withdraw all your money like my clients do if they think they will get a levy.
