My question is strictly this; what are the types of construction, list and explain with diagrams if possible.

Why they double post haniel? We need a more detailed question. Are you asking about a home, garage. Storeage building, etc..
Bascially buildings are wood, stone/concrete, brick, steel.

Are you talking about stick framing,post and beam or ballon framing.or are you talking about the code book. The code book list 5 types,which has more to do with fire codes than anything else.I'll type them out but I don't think they would make much sense to you because they start to refer to other parts of the book.or are you talking about carpentry,plumming,eletrical,masonary,etc.
