    Stopping child support payment in on.ca.
    Son turned 20,living with his mother finished high school.Started collage didn't go so well
    Started working laid off mother won't sign off from FRO.Any inexspensive way to get support stopped.Ontario Canada

    What does your support agreement state about this? Does your son need to be a full-time student residing at home in order for his mother to continue to receive support? If so, file with the courthouse that set the original order; you are requesting termination of support payments based on the fact that your child is no longer a minor and is not attending college.
