What is the best attire for wedding occasions, tuxedo or suits

For the groom a tux, either white jacket and black slacks or black jacket and black pants. Bow tie or tie, cumberbun looks good. It is up to the groom and anything goes nowadays. For a guest, no tux, but a suit or casual jacket and slacks.
