    I received a W2 instead of a 1099.
    I was contract labor and received a W2 form instead of a 1099 for the amount of $2700.00
    I cannot get anything taken care of at this office. What do I do to get this taken care of. I don't want to get into any trouble, please help. Thanks

    Did the employer withhold SS tax and Medicare tax from your wages?
