We are on our 2nd computer board, & this one is worse. I know my year model is a lemon, but I hate giving up on such an expensive machine & starting over. When it does happen to work I love it. Any suggestions. By the way, I get the ld code way more ofter than an F error code. We are absolutely certain that the drain is fine. My husband looked at the pump too, also bone dry. I only use he products, etc.
