Don't overlook the coil--it's not uncommon for them to fail on these older Toyotas.

OK, just so we're on the same page, I take you mean it "fires" briefly, when you say crank. Right?
That means you do have spark temporarily. I think you went to Joe Smoe's auto parts to get these parts didn't you?
Hate to say it, but it sounds like you got some bad ignition parts right out of the box.
On rare occasions, people get back with us and tell us more. I'd like to hear more.
Like we talking V6 or 4 cyl here? Have you tried to pull codes out of this. Do you know how? Did you replace all these parts yourself?
Remember, and I can't stress this enough, the more help you give us, the more we can help you.
A search here will give a lot of simillar situations like yours we've helped in the past.

OK its an 1994 camry le 2.2 4 cyl.. I replaced the distributor, coil, cap, rotor, sparkplugs, wires, fuelpu mp,fuel filter, and ignitor. Still no spark to the ingine. How ever some times it will crank right up and run until you shut it off then it won't crank. Some times it will but it will only stay running for about 15-20 min before its cuts off. Its will just die no warning it doesn't die out slowely it just cuts off .and then there is no spark to the plugs at all. If you sit there and try to crank it for about 30 min it might crank

That's alotta parts to be replacing. Some may have been on their way out but still...
I tend to agree with Kitch: You may have some bad ignition parts.
Now comes the hard part... figuring out what happened. Time to do some diagnosis? At this point, the only thing that you haven't changed is the ECM.

This sounds just like a reboxed distributor with a bad pick up in it. If I were scoping it, I bet I'd see it go open as soon as she quits. Seen it too many times.
Take the dist back and exchange it.
