    Wanting to buy a 2003 F350 with the 6.ov engine.. is there anything I should be worried about.. wanting to know if the motor has been known to have problems... Please help asap... mary.

    Yes, the 2003-2005 6.0L engine is known to have a number of problems; e.g. EGR Valve, head gaskets, and cooler.
