    Gcfi for 240 volts
I have installed a piece of equipment that requires a GFCI. It is 240 volts, but doesn't have a neutral. The GFCI breaker I have has a line 1 and line 2, a neutral to the panel and a neutral to the load. Would it operate properly without a neutral to the load?

Should, but I would hook upt the Neutral Pigtail to Neutral Bar.

When I say the neutral to the panel, that means it is attached to the neutral bar, but the other "lug" which was suppose to go to the equipment has nothing on it. Are you saying that I should attach this one to the neutral bar also?

Load neutral would not be connected. Line neutral (pigtail) should be.
