I am trying to file a paternity suit in Georgia so that I can get custody rights for my daughter, but the mother will not give me the address where she lives? How can I have her served?

The expensive, but easiest way, is to hire a private investigator. Does she have a landline that you could backtrace?

Is your name listed on the birth certificate? How old is the child?

Send an invetigator after them. Or contact the child support offices and let them know your willing to pay and why.
