There is a three year difference between me and the other person. Can I go to jail for having sex with her even if she lied about her age?

What State? Is she under age?

If they are under age, yes, you can go to jail and be a registered sex offender for the rest of your life

If the girl can't produce valid picture ID, then you should make tracks in the opposite direction as fast as possible.

I'll second that... you can't tell how old someone is just by looking at them... I've seen 13 year olds that look legal, and a few 20 year olds you would swear are VERY underage.

Sex offender status is something to be VERY concerned about. There isn't any underage person alive that's worth it.
