I am currently on Special Probation after finishing Parole in PA. I just received a ticket for DUI in Maryland while being parked on the highway waiting for help since me and my friend were lost. The police said that because the car was on even though it was parked that I was operating it. They never asked me for license or registration... they just took us to the station. The booked me when I blew .14. Will PA violate me after the outcome of the casebecause I went to my PO today and nothing comes up yet. I'm attaining a good lawyer now in Maryland.

So when you reported the ticket to the PO what did they say. ( of course you are required to report this to the PO ** not telling him is a violaton also)

If you're found not guilty of the DUI charge, you won't be violated on that. But, if you were in Maryland WITHOUT permission, that'll be what they violate you on.
