    False accusation child abuse
Now my ex is implying that I abused my child and that he is coming after me. I don't hit my child. Everyone who knows me knows that I don't like hitting kids. Now what happened is that when I went to pick up my child I walked over to pick him up and my ex grabbed him and tried to keep me from picking him up. He said cause I pulled away from him, that I hurt my son... is that really a legitimate claim. I was only picking up my son cause he wasn't wearing a coat and he had wet his pants and it was cold outside.

Has he done anything about this? Has he contacted child protective services or contacted the police with these allegations?

Not yet, he said in an email "you wont get away with this" which led me to believe he is threatening.

I actually called the police because he was being difficult but when they came I told them the situation was over cause Ijust wanted to go home. To my knowledge he hasn't called anywone

You called the police for what purpose? Because you were arguing with him?

I still don't understand what you think he is threatening you with. The worst he can do is contact child protective services, who may or may not say this warrants an investigation.
